🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if one of the following applies:

• You received the wrong product

• Your item arrived damaged or defective

• There is a major issue with the print or size (not due to wrong size selection by the customer)

📸 What to Do

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us at namazoro.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and the issue

• A short explanation of the problem

This helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.

❌ No Returns For:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection (please refer to the size guide before purchasing)

• Minor differences in color due to screen variations or print method

💸 Refunds

If your return request is approved, you will receive:

• A replacement of the same item
  or

• A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

🚫 Cancellations

Because each order is custom-made, you can only cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After this time, production may have already started and the order cannot be changed or refunded.
